What if my insurance company tells me to get three estimates?

The law only requires you to get one estimate. Submit your estimate (or we will do it for you) and tell the insurance company where you want your vehicle fixed.

What if my insurance company writes me a check for damages (cash out)?

 Insurance companies save a lot of money hoping customers will cash out. If you do cash out make sure you are cashing out for a fair amount. Let us write you an accurate estimate with prevailing labor rates and material cost and educate you on the possibilities of hidden damage.

Why does my insurance company try to get me to go to one of their shops?

They are attempting to steer you to a shop that will benefit their needs by discounts you'll never see. "Don't get steered!!!"

Why is my insurance company telling me that the repairs are only warranted if I use their shops?

Insurance companies do not fix cars, the warranty is provided by the shop of your choice. We provide a life time warranty on all repairs. Vehicle manufacturer’s today recommend oil change intervals anywhere from 3000 miles to 15000 miles. Had my car repaired under an insurance claim and over all felt like everything went really well. Customer service was good, although I did have to call myself to check the status. They do close earlier then I was able to get off work but seemed to be willing to work with you and hold vehicle overnight if necessary until your able to pick up. Didn't have any issues and my car look as good as new.

I was involved in a little fender bender a couple months ago. My son offered to paint the bumper for me, but first the bumper needed to be popped back into place. My husband and son tried, but just couldn't get it done. I stopped by Abel this morning and the nice guy behind the desk fiddled with it for less than 5 minutes and got the bumper back in it's rightful place. And on top of that no charge! I love living in a small town.

A rear door in my car was damaged while backing up and the Abel Collision Center was recommended as the place to have it assessed and fixed. Ryan checked out the damage and gave me two options for the repair, suggesting that we try the simpler option first. That worked perfectly and the car was ready in a couple of hours for an extremely reasonable price. The Abel CC is the best auto body repair shop I have used in 50 years of driving experience.
